At Smarticlab, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible, with free shipping all over India on all eligible orders.

Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
• Orders are shipped only after confirmation and successful verification.
• Delivery time may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.

Shipping Time

• Standard delivery time is usually 3 to 7 business days after dispatch (4 to 10 business days in total from order placement).
• In some locations, delivery may take a little longer due to courier delays, weather conditions, or remote area service availability.

Free Shipping

Exchange Policy

• We accept returns and size exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
• Return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. A ₹99 shipping/handling fee applies to approved returns and exchanges (see our Return & Refund Policy).
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available on eligible returns raised within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds are applicable only after inspection and approval of the returned product. The refund amount will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval (excluding the ₹99 return fee). For Cash on Delivery orders, the refund is sent to your bank account or UPI ID.

Conditions for Exchange/Refund

• The product should not be damaged, used, or washed.
• Original invoice and packaging must be retained.
• Exchange/refund request must be made within the allowed time period.
